A MALVERN-based artist will be exhibiting ceramic creations at a trade show in Exeter. Brenda Wholey makes stoneware "handbags" under the name of Portmanteau Ceramics. Her wares were shown at the British Craft and Trade Fair at Harrogate this week. At the same show last year, they were shortlisted for the Gift of the Year award. When the money became available, the offer was quickly accepted as the school's limited budget could only allow small patch-up work to be done. There are 15 spotty eggs hidden in the village, with trail maps available at £1 from Cradley PO and Stores.
