THIS month, our members enjoyed an evening with the well-known plants woman Elaine Horton, who owns Tin Penny Farm on the Gloucestershire border. Elaine brings humour, warmth, knowledge and laughter to a meeting and we were amazed that she could grow such an amazing diversity of plants in her terrible soil in such a windy situation.
